11.20 pm on a saturday night! Drinking more tea cos im hungry but have had all my points for today!!!

This week has been ok diet wise. Not brilliant exercise wise. Though hubby and i did a hill climb on Thurs, just under 2 hours of walking (Plus healthy picnic at the top). The first third of the hill is sooooo steep! After that it levels out slightly then flat for the last third. Really enjoyed it, we dont get to do stuff like this very oftern with 3 kids but they were on their 'holidays' staying with my folks for a week.Dont know who was more exhauster them or the kids!

carrots, celery, zero calorie soup - lots of things to eat for no points - and good job walking - that has to add a couple of points too, don't you think?
