Kemarin hari ketiga latihan di Curves, nyobain santai nggak begitu ambis gimana rasanya. Ini pengalaman ngegym paling beda sih ini, karena waktunya singkat bgt tapi padat, konsepnya mirip workout HIIT tapi pake alat. Belum kerasa apa-apa sih, tapi masih ada 47x latihan lagi sampe program yang aku ambil selesai. Yuk bisa yuk liat hasilnya nanti.
