1st rule of losing weight: you cannot be hungry. Being hungry is an enemy of healthy choices. Lu tuna sandwich has Mayo and bread yet it’s less than 600kcal. Avoiding eating either the bread or the Mayo now would’ve led to either an unfulfilling meal or further delays to eat when I’m already hungry. That’s when we end up ordering a burger. A tuna sandwich is not the same as a cheeseburger. Not at all.
