I just found out I can write journal entries without being linked to a weight-in. Thank goodness because that made the weight historico hard to read and I was looking for alternatives already.
Journaling keeps your focused on the task. It easily becomes an habit. I can see why journaling is so successful tool.

I’m staring to my yogurt now. I want to eat it because it’s yummy. But truthfully I’m not hungry. It’s thirst what I feel and I should be getting a bottle of water instead. It’s just a damn yogurt and not very caloric. Yet, it’s the principe of eating when you’re thirst where the problem lays. Habits are easy to form, difficult to undo.
With my newfound self awareness, I’m putting the yogurt down. It’s water what I want and need!
