when I am in ketosis i am not usually as hungry nor do I tend to snack. makes this all a bit easier. I hate feeeling hungry.

I feel so much better already and the hunger has gone away. I don't know if its the wheat or starches in general but I guess I am here to stay. Besides which, fat bombs rock lol!
