Well, I was a little curious (okay concerned) after a long weekend with my buds in the mountains. I ate like a man eats when camping for sure!! You know though, on the first night we (my son and I) grilled up salmon and veggies and I ate pretty well all day long,. Had junk for sure...just not tons of it. A few chips here, some marshmallows around the fire. But as treats, not 1/2 a freakin bag portions! So I remain at around 168.5, probably even a little less as I weighed before, um, "going" this morning. Im going to do a wek with no logging by exercising portion control while I keep up the exercise. I love this site, but I want to know I can apply what I have learned aboout portions here when not able to log on.(like over the last three weekends!!) Seems to be working !
