I weigh myself every day. People tell me not to, but I like to see how my body reacts to all of the food that I eat. I have a fancy pants scale from brookstone that lets you know not only your weight, but your what percent is fat, water, muscle, and bone density. my water-weight is usually the most radical in change from day to day, I'm not sure why...

Anyway, I am still tackling my weight loss head strong, and even though I haven't really seen any results (about 7 pounds?) I know its just the first few weeks. I'll try to be a little bit more patient, and a little bit more serious. It's just, I've heard that the first few weeks most people lose a ton of weight and THEN they plateau. Maybe the slow weight loss means that I won't plateau? Haha, I hope so.

What else? Nothing, I guess. Still going strong~
