Good evening FS family. Hope your day has been going well. Weight is slowly decreasing- starting on Turmeric today. Friend recommended it for pain in lower back I’ll try anything at this point due to don’t like taking narcotics- eating ibuprofen (800mg) which slightly helps but all in all it gives some relief but not great on the stomach Keeping fingers crossed that this works so I can get outdoors and walk. I was invited to join a pickle ball team next week ( they have to be desperate - lol) just hoping I can do this !!! Use to play racket ball but was told this one uses a hard blue ball while the other uses a shuttlecock Figure what more can I do to screw up my back. !!! Oh well. Amongst everything I’m trying to focus on dieting bur I’ve also chose to quit smoking. I got to be crazy. Well enough of what’s knew with me. Hope ya all are doing marvelous and successful in your journey
