Trying something new, starting today. Smoothies for breakfast! Just finished this one and it was great!!!

Green Peanut Butter Banana Smootie

1 1/2 cups spinach/kale
1 banana
2 T peanut butter
1 T honey
2-3 ice cubes
2 cups almond milk

Blend till smooth! nom!
65.3 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
