Does this ever get easier? 🙄
Get days that I do soooo good without my mind even thinking of cheating and other days I cant stop thinking about junk food (havent given in to the thoughts). Pushing through tho

Exactly why I don’t want to restrict and cancel out food but do everything in moderation. For when I’m craving, I’ll just have a little that will still have me stay within my calories
