I restarted my weight training now that my finals are over. My diet remained a struggle. I am trying to be on Chantal's Diet, but it is hard , it is easier to get fast food than to cook at home. if I am hungry while out, I go to a restaurant and eat that translate to extra calories that I don't need. therefore I need to do the burning extra calories exercise, but I have to study, which means sitting hours and hours studying at the table. So I gained a few pounds. Now that my semester is over, I have to incorporate the exercise @ the park again. Today my weight was 219.8. I am still doing the drink extra water mini challenge, which become part of my daily routine. I simply add three bowls of water each day as part of my diet.
I don't know, how to record in my food diary as yet.
99.7 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 40.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
