Had a very rough couple of weeks emotionally, and did what I know to do best: turned to food to cope with problems, curled up in bed instead of going to the gym, and didn’t show up here, not ever for myself. It’s a pattern long learned that I’ll have to unlearn. But I won’t beat myself up over it. I’ll get up and keep going. As I’ve once read: “the only way out is through”.
