I am home til September 16th, 3 day trip to Lubbock for Board meeting, summer work travel has finally slowed down. So I have no excuses for eating bad, not working out, etc.

This weekend was great, spent it with family in San Antonio celebrating my neices 2nd Birthday. We had a small party at my sisters with local friends, then just the family went to Chuck E Cheese that evening. I had the salad bar, but as most know that doesn't mean it was that much better than simply eating the pizza. Enjoyed cake and snack foods way too much.

Up at 4:30 this morning doing Jillian workout then 20 minutes doing the Weight Loss Preprogram on my treadmill. I feel really good.

Weight didn't look so good this morning, scales read 166....WHAT!! Oh well, didn't officially0 record it, they read 163 at my sister's yesterday so used that weight since Sunday was my weigh in date. I hope it is all just bloat. I feel miserable this morning. Also lots of gas pains. I didn't want to work out because of them, but forced myself to get out of bed and use the workout to workoff the bloated feeling. Ate late last night, homemade quesadillas.

This morning good workout, good foods!! My sister-in-law and I have set a goal to lose 20 pounds by our 5K run October 17th. It is achievable at 2#week loss. School starts back for her next week so she can get back into a routine. She's had a bad summer of weigh loss (well actually gain) so we are both wanting to get back on track. First 4 months of year were great, now we plan to end the year on the same note!!!

School starting will considerably help me in getting back on track too! It is so crazy how I am looking forward to school for kido now, when before I did not want her to go. Good luck on your 2# week loss goal.

Summer has been hard for me again this year, but at least I have maintained and not let it get completely out of control like last year.

I had an up week last week too, and am hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow! Lots of water and lots of fiber - that helped with weigh in on Sunday, but my official weight watchers is tomorrow!

It dawned on me last night, part of my issue is the cheese cubes I ate Saturday and Sunday at my sisters. Normally, don't eat that much :) Am focusing on water and fiber intake for me as well.

My moments seem more frequent lately, but I plan to get over this hump!!! So far, up early 2 mornings in a row doing 30 Day Shred Workout...so a good start.
