Its a good day! My birthday party is this weekend and I’m looking forward to some angel food cake🤤 It’s crazy how much better I feel eating a lot of protein. I know for a fact that I wasn’t eating enough protein before I started tracking. My second weigh-in day is tomorrow! Nervous but I’ve been working hard this past week so hopefully the scale reflects that😅
