Still the same.....sigh....GOOD LORD!! These plateaus are so aggravating! I have walked until I literally have blisters on my toes (I need some new shoes apparently.) I'm starting to lower my carbs again, as I think this is probably the problem. What carbs I am eating, I'm making sure they are whole grain. I'm not eating any real bad stuff. I think I need to cut my portions down also. I noticed last night that I got full and kept going. I really need to watch that as I've done it my whole life without really even thinking about it.

I'm going to have to lay off my toes for the weekend. Hopefully they'll feel better by Monday morning. :(
