I just started going to weight watchers meetings on Thursday, Aug 6. I really liked it a lot- and it is helping me break out of my weight loss plateau.

This weekend's long run was a 9 miler. It is hot, hot, hot out there...even at 8:00 in the morning.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
