There’s been a few days this week that I’ve gone under my recommended daily calorie intake, between 100-250 a day. I understand that eating under this recommendation isn’t good, but can someone tell me, if I’m hitting my weekly amount of calories for the week, will it all even out?

Generally you are allowed to go under your required calorie intake if you were to lose weight. The other way to do it is to increase your calorie burn through cardio exercise activities. 7700 calories equal to 1 kg body weight, if you like to lose 1 kg then you need to somehow come up with 7,700 calories deficit in a given period.
