I just experienced a heart ache. I bought yogurt for snacks and breakfast. I bought simply nature from Aldi's thinking it would be the best one.....then i noticed it said whole milk. So I looked up the right one. way more calories then I thought. so all week when i thought i was doing so good, i wasnt doing as well as I thought. Dang it! lesson learned. dont rely on the computer for calories---look before you buy.

You found whole milk yogurt at Aldi's. That is so hard to find. Will have to make the trip. Thanks.

Wow... ditto to what BB said. I can't find it and just responded in a comment on facebook about how much healthier it is to eat full fat vs low or non-fat because the supposed "healthy" yogurt is of sugar.

Full fat is much better, but honestly... yogurt isn't actually all that healthy. It is better than doughnuts but it won't beat healthy fats and protein! eggs, avocado, and low carb tortilla breakfast tortillas!!!!

thank you all-- I don't feel so bad about it. I like eggs and have been eating more of them since i started my diet. I was just thinking about tortilla's because im craving tacos. I'm thinking about making chicken burritos for dinner tomorrow night. I have fresh spinach left over from tonight, cheese, and chives.

It's easy to make your own yogurt and control everything.
