PMS hunger and cravings... Is it okay to eat over 1500 calories today? I've already had dinner but I am RAVENOUS.

If you are eating on Atkins program...there is NEVER a reason to be hungry... Just eat on program. Cheese helps me...and if it is sweet... some diet root beer with a couple of tablespoons of cream...just like a root beer float.

I'm worried I'll end up eating like 2500 calories though... Pms cravings are HORRIBLE. But apparently they occur because you're burning 500+ extra calories daily

as Flowerdude said you should never be hungry on atkins, but if you are having cravings figure out what it is. I looked in your diet calendar for today and you do not have very much food in there... where are the veggies??? you would probably find that eating more veggies would keep the hunger down.

No - usually my hunger is in check. And usually I have 12-15 NC of veggies, today excluded. It's just today and last night that my cravings have been bad, along with other PMS symptoms. I just feel bloated, horrible, and fat =/
