okay first day going good so far had 3 scrambled eggs with capers, I did have 3oz of milk to take my meds so that's the only thing that I have to change because of my meds,but I will make sure to list it and include it in my net carb count. I made chicken salad with citrus dressing to eat later it will have 6 nc and it's my veggies so hopefully it will taste good for lunch today.
