Day 5. still going pretty good with sticking to 1500 calories. slowly getting some exercise in there. with 5 kids living at home, and an injury to my wrist, it makes it difficult. cant wait to be able to do yoga again. Im to scared to weigh myself yet. I dont want to get discouraged if i see no loss. with it being just day 5 i dont expect to really see any benefit yet. I'm going to hold of until day 14, and hope to see at least a pound or to gone. :)

I'd wait 1 full week at least between weigh-ins. Give the body a chance to accept the new things we're doing - The body will be releasing toxins as we add in healthier foods and fluids - so 0.5 oz per lb of weight is important to take daily. Then the body can flush the toxins out over time.
