Warning ⚠️ lot of negativity in the post ahead!
😂 I shouldn't really be laughing since last week was a total fiasco. Not impressed with my food choices, I had Subway two nights in a row, couldn't think of anything else I could tolerate. For the same reason I had way more meat than I would love to. I hit the gym exactly zero times because it's driving me crazy going there and constantly thinking what I should and shouldn't do. Number of steps I made last week is also sad. I am one grumpy lady today 😒

we luvs ya though and can try turn those thoughts around. have some chill out tonight then get good sleep and wake afresh tomoz. make a meal plan for next few days if you can . bugger gym just take a walk in the countryside , it's real nice at mo so long as not peeing down 😏😉

Thank you my lovely people! 😍 I feel more optimistic again, it was just a bad day I guess.. There's no much I can do about my food at the moment, but I'll try and push myself again to be more active. Can't wait for spring, I feel like everything will be easier at spring 😃
