Overindulged on our trip out to York so using this site to slap myself back into shape. Starting BBBE today.
Summary of day 1: Allowed myself to overindulge slightly and went over my RDI by 7%. I did that to get off the carb rollercoaster more quickly and feel satiated again. Should be back to normal again tomorrow. Happy that I got 76% of my calories from fat today.
In addition to BBBE, I'm allowing myself one creamy coffee (2 tbsps) and one square of 85% Dark Chocolate per day. I will also include seafood occasionally.
