Day 2. not bad. I stayed under the 2000 cal. But i have a question--- If i work and say burn 200 cal, does that mean I can go over that 2000 for the day? I know stupid question. First time dieter here, and i want to lose, need to lose, 65 lbs so i can feel like myself again. I gained all this weight over three yrs time. Thank you for any help you can give me.....homemade chicken noodle soup, with no salt. hmmmm maybe i can do this!
