Probably shouldn't have eaten that whole pound of chicken on a stick from the local chinese place. Who would have thought that seasoned unbreaded deep fried chicken thighs on a skewer would be so delicious. And part of my diet.

Sounds so good. I marinate (in kraft asian toasted sesame lite salad dressing) and bake boneless skinless chicken thighs you can do roasted veggies in it too...if you feel like cooking at home. Enjoy!
