I am getting so discouraged with these plateaus. I know it's not all going to come off in a day, but when I'm not even eating 1000 calories a day and about 10-15 carbs a day and walking 2 miles a night and the scale doesn't budge, I get so irritated.

These headaches are unreal. Nothing makes them go away.

I've been tempted to try to go another route other than low carb. Are there any other diets that work that also work with diabetes? I'm trying to reverse the diabetes so I don't want to have a diet that allows sugar.

HELP!!!

Don't sweat the plateaus we all have them. Sorry about the headache that just sucks :( have you tried staying around 1300 to 1500 calories with more protein in your diet and adding good fat? Or switching up your exercise routine? Our bodies develop a muscle memory and then don't work as hard.

I usually don't go anywhere near 1300 calories in a day. I haven't tried changing up my exercise. I probably should try that.

It is worth a try, and you do have to eat to lose weight, I know it sounds weird but true
