Good Morning Atkineers, I have my meal and Exercise planned for today, Monday! Pre-planning I know is going to help me stay focused and be a fat burning machine!

Thank You, Nancy5150 and hoffmamamm------ I am so glad I am planing my meals now. It takes the hard out of Atkins for me!!! Looking at all I have ate and what I will eat for the day, looks like a ton of food. I started a new thread on Atkins today. A place where we can record out intake and have others all in one place that finds planning to be much better. I want to give the link to yall. You can take a look see and let me know what you think.
