Ok, I have to stop these no workout weekends and get back in this.
I have not been watching my diet that well and the weekends I have been slacking. I have to stop listining to my husband when he says to take the weekends off. I am afraid I will take a whole week off soon and then it will be a pound here and a pound there and pretty soon I will be back where I started.
Can't let that happen!!
Tomorrow I am going to start logging my food and stop being so lazy!

I've just recently started taking two days off cardio. It helps my body to repair itself. On rest days, I tend to have a slightly lower calorie intake though. I guess I'm trying to ween my obsession with exercise. It's beneficial, but I don't want to overdo it! Good luck, tomorrow is a brand new day.

I guess it's because I have the mentality that I don't want to become fat again. I've come to realize that taking a 'break' during the week isn't causing me to gain more than a few ounces. It's easily burned off when returning to your routine. 'Tis a lifestyle change, not a jail sentence. (:
