160to115pounds's Journal, 10 Jul 11

So.. even though I kept my daily percentages good today and got 13 Net Carbs from veggies, I still feel like this was a bad day. Probably because I just ate dinner at 10 PM. The problem is - I didn't have time earlier! I walked for like an hour and a half with my best friend who just got home from cuba today. We weighed ourselves. At 5"5 she's 102 lbs. At 5"3, today I was 142 (I had just eaten).
Going to begin a fitness regime tomorrow.
I really want to look fabulous when school begins. Right now, I just .. I still feel fat. And look fat. And I am fat for 5"3. But I have come a long weigh since I weighed 160.. I'm nearly at the halfway mark for my goal!
Photo was taken today... I HATE my legs. Any tips on how to tone them?

Actually your last few pounds to lose will probably come off your legs, the best toning your doing right now. You're walking.it's free and does the job.Besides you have good legs, you don't want sticks, guys don't like stick legs.

I think your legs look great! Jen is right, guys like girls that dont have stick legs. I would say that one of the best tones things I do for my legs, they were jiggly now they arent lol is that I do lunges, whenever I can like between commercials and stuff. I also do squats (without any weights) and when I take the stairs I skips every other other to tone the back of my legs. I also dont much like running and usually go on walks but to tone my legs and butt I run up hills instead of walk.
