Ok, I know I shouldn't give myself excuses, but really, I do have a big one. We moved from my home of 27 years, out to the country into a complete fixer upper. Lots of work. Bought it in Dec 2014. It's now May 2015 and we still don't have a kitchen, floors, one of the bathrooms and both bedrooms are completely without floors, closets, and window sills. It's been hectic especially without the kitchen. We eat way too many frozen meals, minimal fast food, but we at least eat salads daily and today I made an awesome strawberry and yogurt shake. But.... we still need to get settled here to be on a good and healthy food and exercise regimen.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life......and yours!
