How many calories? Looks tasty.

I calculated it as 236 calories. Not lots of noodles - 12g dried soba noodles. Plenty of mushrooms and spinach, some chives, some sliced smoked chicken breast and some chicken broth. I sauted the chicken and mushrooms in a tsp of olive oil before adding the broth.
