No change again. Trying to follow plan, but barbeque yesterday didn't help. That little bit of homemade macaroni salad was so good, and I didn't want to hurt my husbands feelings after we made it. But no bun with hamburger and biggest of all no ice cream for dessert. I'm trying!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
