I'm making progress with NOT binge eating at night 💜
105.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week

So am I. I think that has been really key to finally shedding pounds. That & cutting most processed carbs out of my diet. Good luck to you.
