I've lost over 100 lbs without dieting. I made life choices. 4 to be exact.. #1 I don't eat after 730 pm, #2 when I'm going to eat I ask myself do I really need, want? is this the best I can do for myself? #3 I move more. take stairs, park in back of lot etc #4 I eat really slow with breaks in between bites. it gives my body time to register I'm no longer hungry.
if you diet, you're doomed to fail. if you make a life choice, life change, or set a basis of boundaries that are simple but effective, then it's not dieting. it's changing habits. also I never told myself no. if I wanted a milkyway dark (my fav) I had one. it took me a year to eat the bag of minis from oct 21 Halloween, but I never felt I was missing out or restricted. I got my milkyway, just a little one. Happy Friday!
