Thinking of how I can eat what I should when I so do NOT want to!!! Will try the following, since I hate marching over the the computer all the time and writing down what I eat. I hate paper work!

To motivate eating right, no need to record the following:
Fruit: berries, apples, melons
Record: bananas

Vegs: Record only: eggplant, avocado, potato, corn, any with dressing
Don't record: all raw vegs, coles, greens, peppers: watery and low carb generally

Meat: record all
Bread: record all
Snacks: record all

Water: don't record
Coffee: don't record
Wine, etc: record
Diet soda: don't record
Sugared drinks, all: record

Penalty: snack pig outs--you know them when you see them--add 100C for day of pig out.

You have an interesting regimen. It would make things more confusing for me. Whatever works! I just log in my paper journal and then copy it online- but I have OCD traits (diagnosed) and I love paperwork and listing! LOL
