week 2 of the biggest loser at work. down a total of 3.8 lbs. Trying to watch my carb intake. Made some broccoli rabe and chicken broth. I really wanted some beans, so I had them. I know beans have carbs, but at least they are healthy carbs. Had about a half cup which nets 8 grams. Feel okay with it because I could have chosen to eat ice cream instead. one day at a time. I need to remind myself that I didn't gain all this weight overnight, just like the weight-loss.
