Hardly seems worth recording weight. But if I don't keep track I know it will creep back up. Sure was a lot easier in the past to lose weight. It seems the older you get the harder it is. Maybe thinking 70 years young instead of 70 years old will help. Must keep that positive attitude.

weighing everyday might help you identify foods that cause you problems. A small amount of inflammation from a food sensitivity might stall some weight loss. its a good habit even though 0.1 lb weight loss sometimes is not what you want.

I agree Weezy2....I am 68 years young and find that believing that I am still young helps with my frame of mind. Now if I could only convince my body that it is "young"!!!
Losing weight if hard for everyone but I do believe that as we age that we have more factors to deal with....but if we don't try, we are facing certain challenges that we'd rather not.
