It's been a pretty good day as far as my food plan goes.
Breakfast: Oatmeal, almond milk, triple seeds, blueberries, banana, cinnamon Lunch: Cinnamon raisin toast, almond butter, fruit spread, baked squash Dinner: Stuffed Mexican shells, green beans with onion and bacon bits Snacks: 72% dark chocolate, 2 cups green tea, 1 with ginger and lemon juice
I have had 4 of the stuffed shell meals since Sunday night ;-) Dh made it for Sunday dinner ... he is killing me with his good meals. I need to just walk away
So far, no gym time. It has been snowing and below zero.
2219 steps so far today. I am working my 2 Mediterranean food plan courses. One is just teaching the lifestyle, the other is directed toward weight loss, specifically. I will take my measurements tomorrow. Hard to believe Jan. is already over.
Weigh-in: 176.4, FBS 145, BP 111/64p.72, 95o2
Right now, I am planning to monitor my eating but not count calories. We will see if I can do it by portion control and food choices. If not, I will start counting calories and measuring.
Pulled out my swimsuit and it fits! LOL Getting the towels and everything washed and ready so hopefully go to class on Thursday.
