Hi,

I’m Cecilia - or Cece for short. I’m a 47 yo dealing with the symptoms of peri menopause. Although I have had trouble managing my weight for most of my life, I have never been obese. My BMI fluctuates between normal and overweight. After 3 rough years dealing with many emotional issues (a divorce and the loss of my dad), I found my self with 25 extra lbs. I’m tired of these weight ups and downs. I want to make peace with food and amends to my body. I hope this app helps me achieve my goals.

Welcome to the FS group!!! We’re all here and we support each other! We have good days and bad days. One thing I learned from experience, when I give up and quit counting my calories, and using this app.,…. I put all the weight I lost ,right back on. Also, Nice job at the gym!!! 😊😅
