Thank you to all my buddies. You really do make a differnce in my life and it was so sweet of you to be there for me.
I am feeling better today.
I have a ton of cleaning to do today and really have no desire to get to it.
I plan on getting my biking in and doing some yoga.
I went on-line to my netflix the other day to look for more yoga workouts and there was this one called, " hot yoga" and I thought it was like the bikram yoga and I thought, "hmm, wonder how they did that". So I started it and was just watching to see how it was done and I could not believe what I was seeing.
Three men, all tanned, all buff, and all three in nothing but a WHITE THONG!!
I thought surely they are not going to do yoga in that?? But yes they did and not only that they all three were on a mountain and on a blue blanket no bigger than a full bed. Just inches away from each other doing cat and cow pose and downward facing dog.
The camera angles did not help and did not shy away from anything.
Really!
I could not stop laughing and told my husband who was not happy about the mental picture.
When they were introducing the men they would put the name up of each one while they lay on the blue blanket all layed out and your could see everything. No one needs to see ass crack from those angles, lol.
Anyways, thought I would share.
Needless to say I will NOT be doing hot yoga.
