Lol absolutely hate gaining weight (5kg) again need to quit this habit as I’m maturing it’s getting harder and harder but oh so easy to put the weight on 2 months no scale no monitoring honestly didn’t over eat or over snack just chilled and relaxed 😌

I put 4 on, it's definitely a tough act balancing relaxing times with keeping off the weight! I think, for me, it comes down to not teaching Primary school kids during this time, they give me a good workout!
