Hello Everyone!!! Well I made it through my first weekend of camping while doing Atkins, and I didn't slip-up at all!! Well I did have two mixed drinks with low carb alcohol, but I'm not going to stop living so I'm gonna have an occasional drink, and not feel guilty about it. I ate perfectly all weekend, and I'm really excited about doing so well, and it didn't seem that hard. But I also know that I've felt this way before and then a few days down the road, I'm wondering what went wrong. Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great week!!

I am glad this is working for you and camping out no less. That takes discipline. I understand about having a couple drinks but overall you are doing really well. Keep positive thoughts not negative about down the road. You are doing great.

Hey Girl, I am glad you had a good weekend. :) As you know keep the alcohol to a minimum. It can stop the weightloss process, it hinders my weekly weight loss if I have a couple of drinks. But, everyones body reacts different to certain foods/alcohol. Keep uo the good work! :)
