Hello Everyone!!! Well I made it through my first weekend of camping while doing Atkins, and I didn't slip-up at all!! Well I did have two mixed drinks with low carb alcohol, but I'm not going to stop living so I'm gonna have an occasional drink, and not feel guilty about it. I ate perfectly all weekend, and I'm really excited about doing so well, and it didn't seem that hard. But I also know that I've felt this way before and then a few days down the road, I'm wondering what went wrong. Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great week!!
