I ate over 2600 calories yesterday. It's amazing how things can get out of control when you pay absolutely no attention. My aim is to eat less today. Fortunately it looks like I have lost some water weight.
123.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I totally agree. I can eat an easy 3000 calories a day if I don't pay attention.
