Merk koto kimchi ka, rasanya ga terlalu asam.
Bahan :
5 gr bawang putih dicincang halus
3 ml olive oil
100 gr jamur enoki
100 gr dada ayam giling
50 gr kimchi
1 sdt saus tiram
Garam secukupnya
Totole kaldu jamur secukupnya
Air secukupnya
3 gr Bon cabe (optional kalo mau pedes)
Cara pembuatan :
- Tumis bawang putih cincang dgn olive oil
- Masukan dada ayam giling tumis hingga agak matang
- Masukan jamur enoki dan kimchi
- Tambahkan air secukupnya
- Masukan saus tiram, garam, dan totole kaldu jamur & boncabe
- Tunggu sampai air mendidih
- Hidangkan
