I think I finally have the motivation to stick to this. I am on day 3 and have zero desire to stray. I worry about calorie intake but Atkins says not to so I will try it for a week to see what happens. I am also working out twice a day and am drinking my water and not the booze. The goal is 20 lbs by September.
