Hit the second goal for myself; 160lbs!!! My first goal was 175lbs and I reached that July 22 6months ago. 15lbs in 6 months, slow and steady! My next goal is 150lbs...and then I'm done. Lets see haw fast I can loose 10lbs.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 17.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
