is starting over...again but I am back from vacation and I go to work for a week next week so I should be more stable, I'm going to try the Atkins diet but don't know how I can add my milk only one glass a day but I take all my meds with it so I have to find out how I can work that in. I weighted todday and I'm 190 on the scale in the bathroom which of course has my 2000ml of fluid inside me but I'm just going to go with my total weight and not subtract the pounds that it makes.
