Glad to see some pounds come off after a week of nothing. I'm still trying to find my way in all of this. I don't miss sugar one bit. It's probably the diabetes medication I'm on (better yet, the Good Lord is helping me out.) but that hasn't even been an issue with me this time. The thing that is really bothering me is trying to come up with side dishes. Man, potatoes, rice and pasta are SO easy and convenient!! There's only so much broccoli and salad a human can eat. All the good sides have carbs. GEEZ!!

How can someone actually say that green peas are bad for you?? We're coming into summer here in Texas and that's when all the fruit is at it peak and SO good. Guess what...can't have that either.

These are my struggles. I know that everyone has their's.

Anyway...my ADD rant is over. Praying for peace and knowledge!
