Well to look at my journaling and all one would think I have given up on Fatsecret. Not the case, I have gotten so used to knowing what I can and can't have that I forget to log it in.

Have not strayed from the path. Still living a healthy lifestyle, conscious of all food stuffs going into my mouth. Hitting new equipment at the gym, took up ROWING what a great sport. I took learn to row lessons and start intermediates in a week. I hope to be able to join a masters rowing team, would love to compete, whoa 56 year old grandma competing in rowing? I love being athletic again, if I ever was that is.

Took my bike for a spin a couple of days ago, not able to ride for 2 years with a bad knee! Well the helmet was a trip~! I had about 3 inches or so from the old setting under my chin that I had to cinch up so it would stay on my head. Is that really possible? That much off my face? Wow
