strawberry 85gr + blueberry 25gr + yogurth plain 25gr + madu 10gr + susu uht 100 ml di blender. masukin oat 35gr + chia seeds 10 gr ke dalam jar, campur dan aduk dengan jus nya. masukin kulkas semaleman. pagi keluarin tambahin pisang dan strawberry fresh.
